Description

The banquet hall of the Saint Glory Royal Military Academy was resplendent and magnificent, with flickering candlelight reflecting off the silver cutlery and crystal glasses, creating a dazzling spectacle. The towering vaulted ceilings and stained-glass windows showcased the empire's majesty and heritage. This was a grand banquet hosted by Duke Andrew specifically for Queen Anna and General Caron's entourage.

The humiliation in the square during the day clung to Anna like a shadow. The anger and humiliation in her heart burned her sanity like a raging fire. But she remained outwardly composed, even choosing to attend the banquet directly in the controversial chainmail bikini, with a hint of defiance.

In the banquet hall, the air was filled with elegant attire and the clinking of glasses. A group of drunken nobles surrounded General Caron, showering him with flattery. They engaged in grand pronouncements, but the focus of their discussions was not the imminent orc threat, but rather Queen Anna's attire and figure.

"Her Majesty's armor is truly unique! Such a bold design, only Her Majesty can pull it off!" one red-faced nobleman slurred drunkenly, his gaze brazenly sweeping over Anna.

"Indeed, indeed! Her Majesty's figure is absolutely flawless, and this armor perfectly accentuates her curves!" another nobleman chimed in, his tone filled with levity and lewdness.

Queen Anna sat alone at the far end of the long table, completely isolated by this group of drunkards. She gripped her wine glass tightly, her knuckles turning white, her eyes cold. She listened to these vulgarities, her heart filled with disgust and anger. She had had enough! She was here to discuss how to defend against the orc invasion, not to become the subject of gossip and ridicule for these drunkards.

She suddenly stood up and placed her wine glass heavily on the table, creating a sharp sound that interrupted the disgusting discussions. She did not say a word and turned to leave the banquet hall.

Behind her, General Caron drunkenly raised his glass and shouted, "Let us raise a toast to the beautiful Majesty!" His voice was filled with false respect and undisguised smugness. He knew Anna's departure was due to his arrangement, and that was exactly the result he wanted. He enjoyed this feeling of being in control, and he also enjoyed Anna's humiliation and anger.

Queen Anna left the banquet hall without looking back, ignoring Caron's calls and the drunkards' discussions. She just wanted to get out of this suffocating place as soon as possible. She knew that this banquet was just another humiliation carefully planned by Caron, and that she had once again become a pawn in his hands. Moonlight streamed through the towering windows into the banquet hall, shining on Anna's empty seat, as if silently telling of her helplessness and anger.
